Fresh ingredients
Sandra cooks mainly with products from local farms.
Salads and herbs come mainly from our own garden,
which she lovingly prepares in the kitchen.

Our active culinary programme
One herb rarely comes alone
No herb is strange to her:
when Sandra roams through the woods and meadows with
her eyes wide open, she finds true treasures.
As a TEH practitioner and certified herbalist, she takes
guests and visitors on herbal tours.
During these excursions around "Das kleine Berghotel",
under her guidance you can learn a lot about recognizing herbs
and about picking and using the healing and aromatic plants.
And that's not all: jointly, the wild and garden herbs will be
prepared to a delicious and healthy wild herb soup.
